Are your products gender-neutral?

Where are your products made?
All our products are proudly made in India, using ethically sourced ingredients and sustainable practices.
Do you offer trial sizes or samples?

Do your products have expiry dates?
Yes. All products have a shelf life of 18–24 months from the date of manufacture. Please refer to the packaging for the exact expiry date.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping when you avail our offers. This is the only time free shipping is applicable. All other orders will have standard shipping charges based on your location.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship across India. International shipping is in the works, stay tuned!
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via Email and SMS. You can also log in to your account to check order status.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
Get in touch with our support team and we’ll look into it right away.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
No, COD is not available.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns on opened products. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re so sorry! Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, we’ll do our best to help.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Drop us a message on WhatsApp on our customer care number and we’ll look into it.
How can I check the status of my order?
